My name is Jaehyun Um, the founder of Um Taekwondo LLC and creator of the MATS app. After moving to the United States from South Korea in 2016, I combined my background in Taekwondo, technology, and education to launch a platform that empowers martial arts schools to grow and thrive.
With years of experience as a Taekwondo instructor and a passion for helping others succeed, I developed MATS to provide dojang owners with tools for student management, class scheduling, payment processing, and personal growth tracking.
